1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ChalkUp.Club, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ChalkUp.Club is a platform that connects pool (billiards) players with coaches for lessons. Coaches can list their services, set availability, and manage bookings. Players can discover coaches, book sessions, and make payments.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use ChalkUp.Club. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are agreements between coaches and players. ChalkUp.Club facilitates the booking and payment process but is not a party to the coaching service itself.

Payments processed through Stripe are subject to a platform service fee. Coaches may also accept cash payments for in-person sessions.

5. Cancellation Policy

Each coach sets their own cancellation policy. Please review the coach's cancellation policy before booking. Refunds for cancelled bookings are handled according to the coach's stated policy.

6. Conduct

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees through off-platform arrangements facilitated by the app

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChalkUp.Club provides the platform “as is.” We are not liable for the quality of coaching services, injuries during sessions, or disputes between coaches and players.
