When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optional profile photo. If you sign up as a coach, we also collect your service descriptions, pricing, availability, and payment information via Stripe.

We collect usage data such as booking history, session notes, and messages exchanged through the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the ChalkUp.Club platform
• Process bookings and payments
• Send booking confirmations and reminders
• Enable communication between coaches and players
• Display coach profiles in search results

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to provide the service (e.g., showing coach profiles to players, sharing booking details between parties).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. When you delete your account, all your personal data, bookings, messages, and coach profile (if applicable) are permanently removed.

6. Push Notifications

We send push notifications for booking updates, messages, and reminders. You can disable notifications in your device settings or within the app.
